FESTIVAL AREA - Outdoor is the new indoor

The WGAC 2024 will take place outdoors on our airfield meadow. The terrain may be sandy, muddy or stony in some places. Cable bridges will be laid in places on the event site. We endeavour to lay flatter cable bridges on the main paths to make the paths more pleasant for you, but this is not possible everywhere on the site. The free car park is located directly at the edge of our airfield meadow. Our stewards will instruct you, please follow their instructions at all times.

ACCESSIBILITY - Everyone is welcome

As many airshow fans as possible should be able to visit our festival. That’s why we make every effort to ensure that our guests with disabilities can also enjoy a relaxed and unforgettable visit to the festival.

SANITARY FACILITIES - Everyone needs a break

You will find blue Dixi toilets on the festival site. These are right next to the aircraft hangars. If something does not work, please let us know on site.

SAFETY - Most important

Our club members are there to help and advise you. If you feel uncomfortable for any reason or need help, please speak to our staff, recognisable by their colourful t-shirts with flying club patches. There are also paramedics on site who can help you at any time. In a medical emergency, call 112 – if you don’t have a mobile phone, ask others to make the emergency call or speak to a steward.

All people should feel equally comfortable and welcome at our festival. We therefore stand for open, tolerant and respectful interaction with one another. We are in favour of equality, diversity and justice without exception and show no tolerance towards any form of discrimination and discriminatory attitudes.

To ensure that each and every one of us has an unforgettable festival experience, we ask everyone to show consideration and moral courage to ensure a safe festival. During the entire festival, the organiser and its authorised third parties have the right of entry. The instructions of the organiser’s security service must be followed at all times.
